First-client-live guarantee (Agency)
If after 60 days Your first client isn’t running in Sendely — voice learned, approvals through the link, one monthly report produced — and You attended the migration session, You pay nothing until they are. If You’d rather leave, export every post and metric as a file and go at no cost.

Won’t it sound like every other AI text?
Sendely learns from Your real posts: sentence length, structure, typical openers, words You never use. Add Your brand rules and Your knowledge base of stories and facts no model knows. And You approve every post. If it doesn’t sound like You after 30 days, the sounds-like-You guarantee applies.
Why not just ChatGPT?
You can. Then You paste Your sample posts every time, re-explain Your rules, keep the calendar in a spreadsheet and send approvals as screenshots. Sendely remembers voice, rules and stories, schedules and gets approvals — in one place.
What happens after the free trial?
Your account pauses. Nothing is charged, nothing is deleted. If You stay, You actively pick the plan. Before every later renewal You get an email seven days ahead; cancelling is one click, on Your phone too.
What is an AI action?
Every time Sendely learns a voice, transcribes a voice note or writes a draft. Approving, editing, scheduling, calendar and reports don’t count. 300 a month covers a post a day with revisions. Beyond that it keeps going at 4 cents per action, with a notice instead of a hard stop.
What does Buffer cost on top?
Buffer is Your publishing route and is paid to Buffer directly: free up to three channels, then from $5 per channel. Agencies: clients connect their own Buffer account; You never need a password.
Where is my data?
Database and files sit in Supabase’s EU region in Ireland, served through Cloudflare. AI processing — text and voice notes — runs at OpenAI in the US under a data processing agreement and EU standard contractual clauses. We write down what runs, not what sounds good. It’s all in the privacy policy.
Is my LinkedIn account safe?
Sendely uses no browser extension, no cookies, no automation on LinkedIn. Publishing goes exclusively through Buffer’s official integration, and only what You approved.
Do clients count as users?
No. Clients approve by link, without an account, without a seat. Seats are for Your team only.
